Meet The Team

Dr Kelly Chan, Clinical Psychologist in Singapore

Dr. Kelly Chan

Director & Principal Psychologist

PhD (Psychology), National University of Singapore, Singapore
MSc (Developmental Psychology and Clinical Practice), University College London, UK
BSc (Psychology), University of Dayton, USA

Dr Kelly Chan is a trauma-informed clinical psychologist in Singapore with over a decade of experience providing therapy and psychological assessment for adults, adolescents, children, and families. She is registered with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP) and is a Full Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). Having trained and worked in the United States, United Kingdom, and Singapore, Kelly brings a culturally attuned approach to therapy, supporting individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.

Her therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based, grounded in attachment science and developmental psychology. She utilizes frameworks such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Family & Systemic Therapy, tailoring treatment to each client’s needs. With adults, she often works on healing developmental trauma and reshaping entrenched emotional patterns. With parents, she supports the development of secure, emotionally attuned relationships - particularly when personal histories become activated in caregiving.

Kelly also has extensive experience working with children and adolescents, bringing a strong developmental lens to therapy and psychological assessment. She is particularly interested in how early experiences shape emotional regulation, identity, and long-term wellbeing - and how timely intervention can shift developmental trajectories.

Beyond clinical practice, Kelly is an adjunct assistant professor at the National University of Singapore. Her research has focused on attachment, early relationships, and trauma-related symptoms in young people using real-world healthcare data. Her academic work reflects a broader commitment to strengthening secure foundations for mental health across the lifespan.

Caleb Chan, Registered Counsellor in Singapore

Caleb Chan is a trauma-informed Registered Counsellor in Singapore, registered with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC). He has extensive experience working with young adults in community and educational settings, and considers it a genuine privilege to walk alongside clients as they navigate their life stories. Caleb provides a safe, supportive space for individuals across different stages of life who may be experiencing anxiety, emotional difficulties, or significant life transitions. His work focuses on helping clients better understand their inner experiences, relational patterns, and the impact of past experiences on their present lives.

Caleb draws from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client, with Internal Family Systems (IFS) at the core of his work. As an IFS Level 2 trained counsellor, he supports clients in developing a deeper understanding of themselves - including different parts of the self that may carry pain, vulnerability, or protective roles. He views therapy as a collaborative process that honours each individual’s innate capacity for healing, and works gently with clients to build emotional awareness, self-compassion, and greater internal balance. In addition to his clinical work, Caleb has facilitated introductory trainings in IFS, supporting individuals and groups in learning practical ways to relate more compassionately to themselves.

Taking the first step can sometimes feel difficult. If you are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, or the effects of earlier life experiences, Caleb offers a thoughtful and grounded space for deeper self-understanding and growth.
